TECH LANE GHENT
On Tech Lane Ghent there is business space for (1) the establishment of high-tech companies, in combination with offices, laboratories and production rooms and for (2) transport, distribution and water-bound logistics. Tech Lane Ghent guarantees a good connection: an access route and exit on the ring road R4 around Ghent, inland navigation quays along the Upper Scheldt, good public transport and access to the cycle tracks network. The business park is made with a lot of green areas of which a big part will be made publicly available. TECH LANE GHENT is a private / public partnership with Alinso Group as private partner and SoGent (Ghent Urban development company), POM (Provinciale development company) and PMV (Flemisch investment company) and Waterwegen en Zeekanaal nv (W&Z), as public partners. The project is supported by the Flemish government (Agentschap Ondernemen en Innoveren & Agentschap Wegen en Verkeer - Enterprise and Innovation Agency and Roads and Traffic Agency). Also the Province of East Flanders and the city of of Ghent are partners of the project.
