Allianso Terminal offers intermodal services, connecting rail and road cargo traffic for numerous shippers and transport companies, thereby actively reducing the carbon footprint of cargo transportation. The terminal has been developed by the Belgian Alinso Group.

To enable the further expansion of its cross-dock activities Mainfreight Belgium has opened a crossdock platform, developed by Alinso Group, in Zwijnaarde near Ghent.  Special guests for this occasion were Alexander De Croo (Deputy Prime Minister of Belgium and Minister of Development Cooperation, Digital Agenda, Telecom and Postal Services), Bart Bosmans (Managing Director DAF Trucks Belgium and Luxemburg) and Joffrey Decock (Senior Global Trade Ernst & Young).

ALINSO GROUP, developer of PWP, announces the beginning of the construction works, in the park, of the new plant which will start production activity in 2019. It concerns the first stone wool plant developed by the Danish manufacturer Rockwool, in Romania.

Press release: On November 8, 2017, the construction of the first building was started on Eiland Zwijnaarde, which together with the Technology Park Ardoyen is repositioned as Tech Lane Ghent. Alinso Group is building a crossdockcenter for Mainfreight. The start of the first construction in the Tech Lane Ghent logistics zone is a new milestone in the development of this extremely well-developed business area. The 35 hectare business park becomes a knowledge hub of many companies, logistics and water-based distribution.

On November 3rd, 2017, three companies, members of Alinso Group Romania were awarded within the XXIVth edition of “Prahova Top Companies” Gala, organized annually by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry Prahova.
