Wasteland sites of Eiland Zwijnaarde were today sown with industrial hemp. This concerns plants without hallucinogenic effects that will later on be processed to produce circular insulation material.

BEERSE, BELGIUM, 22 june 2021 – Janssen will produce innovative cell therapies in Belgium. The Tech Lane Science Park in Ghent will be the location of Janssen's first European state-of-the-art facilities for the production of CAR-T therapy. The facilities are being developed in cooperation with Legend Biotech to enable the future production and supply of CAR-T therapy for the treatment of certain types of cancer in Europe.

Tech Lane Ghent – Eiland Zwijnaarde, a PPP with the urban development agency of the city of Ghent (SOGent), the provincial development company of East-Flanders (POM-O-VL.), the Flemish Investment company PMV and ALINSO GROUP as private partner, is the first Belgian development which received a the preliminary BREEAM certification “BREEAM COMMUNITIES”.  Tech Lane Ghent confirms herewith its ambition to reduce the ecological footprint of the business park.

PWP hosted on Tuesday, October 23^rd, 2018, the seminar “ABC’s of effective packaging process”.
